Our customer satisfaction policy requires the Customer (you) to call us and give us a chance to correct any Innova Airguns LLC product trouble over the phone.
Innova Airguns LLC will troubleshoot your product(s) on the telephone free for 90 days. We will be liberal about the 90 days. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Experience has shown most problems are quickly resolved by telephone. Innova Airguns LLC test fires every airgun before shipping. So call us first, or send email or text, if you encounter problems with your product(s).
We need to know what configuration you have and get a clear description of the problem.

If the problem is our fault and we ask you to return the product(s) for repair we will give you a return authorization number. You pay shipping to us, and we pay return shipping to you.
In case you need repairs and the problem is not our fault, Innova Airguns LLC will repair your airgun in our shop at a very reasonable charge. Postage will be paid both ways by you. If you tell us what is wrong, we can quote you the repair estimate in advance.
